The below timeline is indicative and subject to change.

November 2025 – Pre-application public consultation
December 2025 – Planning application submitted to Greenwich Council
Spring 2026 – Planning committee expected
2026/27 – If approved, Lidl would begin construction in 2026/27.
2028/29 – The store would open in 2028 and new homes would also be available in 2028/2029.

Information about new jobs would be released around 2 months prior to the store opening.
